Tailorbrands i have an account but cant create logo and download

Feels like they take your money, give you some random template without too much work and that's it. After they give you their first prewritten draft, they don't really pay much attention to you. Not the best guys to do business with anyway, far from professional behavior Edit: I have to change to a 1-star review since I can't officially use the website as its too broken, no cookie banner as its been agreed, not all subpages have the same buttons results of careless work , basically everything is s-h-i-t I'm super disappointed, and I've waited 2 months for this garbage.

Absolute thieves. Meanwhile, there is no single way to "cancel" something that I have never signed up for. Lots of people have the same issue and authorities need to question this company on their business practices. On top of that, customer support is non-existent. Sending emails results in auto-replies. In practice this means that you get only usage rights, but not full copyright on your logo Just a shame that this is not so transparent I have no idea how you rated this company so highly, they are taking money from people without permission.

Its a complete scam, there are hundreds of stories the same. The support is not helpful, I have waited 4 days for a response.

Surely this "review" is paid for, it cannot be legit. Guys, do your research. Dont give them. There are companies out there with more integrity. Worst company, services and website. Never add a subscription if you want to cancel it in the future. It is not possible.

Also, support is very poor. Before you want to cancel it you have to connect your social account if you use FB they want all permissions to your account. And finally when you connect it, still not working. So what to do now? Also in their business policy, you can not find the company that is behind tailor brands.

Never ever tailor brands and other their partner sites. You can create some really nice logos and other graphic designs. But if you ever wish to cancel your subscription, you are in for a rodeo. One cannot simply cancel their subscription. You must delete your account, but wait! It does not in fact do that.

Your account remains 'active' along with all of your billing information which they said would be deleted you logos which they claim will be deleted and in fact, still says your premium subscription is active though the website behaves otherwise.

Customer service was also very rude in a professional way. They did not read emails in their entirety to discover any issue that might be brought up and treat their customers like idiots who have never used a subscription service. I am guessing they assume they know how everything works without ever having tried using the site themselves as a common customer. They don't seem to understand that not everyone needs their services indefinitely, or they do not care how hard it is for people to cancel, or the design was intentional, which I sincerely hope not.

The design aspect of Tailor Brands I would give 3. Tailor Brands has a logo maker, yes, but it wants to be your everything at least online. While the abstract icon generator and certain other features are pretty good, the company actually does have pretty stiff competition.
