Side Note I would recommend removing the main deluge client, it is not a requirement and is just a native desktop app for deluge.

Naturally, Deluge doesn't see the data anymore because its trying to find them in the old completed download folder. Is there a way to change this per torrent so that it sees the data as necessary?
